Justin Timberlake and 'selfie kid'
The youngster dubbed "selfie kid" set social media alight as he was captured on live TV to more than 100 million viewers pausing to snap a picture with the popstar.
As Justin, 37, danced around him during the last song of his greatest hits medley, the teenager could be seen playing on his phone.
“Super Bowl selfies!” Justin shouted into the microphone as he interacted with his fans.
The broadcast then showed the young fan fumble through his phone as he attempted to steal the picture of the night, after seemingly giving up singing the wrong words to Justin’s songs.
Grabbing the opportunity for a selfie with the Super Bowl LII performer, the blonde boy then snapped away.

Many compared the selfie kid to the left shark who stole the limelight during Katy Perry’s show in 2015 after the dancer performed choreography completely out of time.
Whilst other viewers couldn’t help but wonder what else the selfie kid was doing on his phone when he stopped midway through Justin’s performance, which has since been slammed by viewers as the “worst halftime show ever”.

One person joked: “That selfie kid is googling who Justin Timberlake is.”
"Selfie Kid is the new Left Shark you heard it here first #SuperBowl,” said another, while a third viewer commented: "That selfie kid was hard to watch. Best part of halftime show.”
One fan wrote on Twitter: “That kid who awkwardly attempts to take a selfie when confronted with Justin Timberlake at the Super Bowl instead of actually enjoying the moment is the icon of my generation.”
“At least choose a kid who knows the words to the song to take a selfie with Justin. #SuperBowl,” said another viewer.
One person added: "That kid that just took a selfie with Justin Timberlake didn't have a clue what was going on #SuperBowl.”
Since his big moment, the selfie kid has been named as Ryan McKenna, 13, who is from Hingham, near Boston, in Massachusetts.

Ryan's phone went into meltdown as he received loads of messages while at the Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots game.
His father, John McKenna, also couldn’t believe the hysteria, commenting: “It’s been so crazy.
“I don’t even know what to think. All my friends have been texting me and stuff. It’s insane. My phone is almost dead. I’ve gotten so many notifications.”
