Kylian Mbappé has been named Golden Boy 2017 by Italian sports paper Tuttosport - the award for the U21 Player of the Year in Europe.
"King Mbappé" read the Tuttosport front page on Monday morning, announcing the Golden Boy 2017 winner. Another award for the young Paris striker who continues to impress with each outing.
The Paris Saint-Germain No.29 beat the record for the number of votes in the polling - receiving an incredible 291 of a possible 300. Mbappé finished ahead of FC Barcelona's Frenchman Ousmane Dembélé and Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
"I'm very proud," he told PSG.fr. "We work hard all year for this type of award and it's also a great source of motivation to keep working and win other, bigger awards in the future."
Mbappé will be presented with his award at a special ceremony in Monaco on Monday evening and PSG TV will be there to bring you all the behind the scenes action, that you can see on the official club website on Tuesday morning.
