According to reports from the Sun, Manchester United are currently facing the prospect of losing talented goalkeeper Dean Henderson to Arsenal.
Manchester United currently possess a number of very talented players in their reserve team and one of the youngsters touted to challenge for regular first team football at Old Trafford has been goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
Henderson is currently on loan at Shrewsbury Town and having impressed for the League One outfit so far this season, many have tipped the 20-year-old to become a potential star for United in the foreseeable future.
That being said, Henderson, who won the Under-21 World Cup with England over the summer, has also been attracting the interest from the likes of Arsenal and Benfica due to his fine performances and United are allegedly in danger of losing the goalkeeper due to the fact that they have not been able to tie him down to a new deal – as reported by the Sun.
Henderson’s currently contract at Old Trafford is set to expire at the end of the season and this has led to concerns that Arsenal could make a swoop for the talented custodian, which will surely serve as a huge blow for the Red Devils.
