Winger Bale, 27, has missed large chunks of this season for Los Blancos due to injury.
And in his stead, Isco has stepped into the side and impressed, scoring 10 goals and registering nine assists in 30 league appearances.
Now Diario Gol say senior players in the Madrid squad want Isco to be in the starting XI on June 3 to take on Juventus, regardless if Bale is fit or not.
They claim Ronaldo, along with defender Marcelo and centre-back Sergio Ramos would rather Bale be left on the bench for the biggest game of the season.
In the quarter-finals of the Champions League, Bale opted to play through a calf injury against Bayern Munich, only to be forced off the pitch early in the first half when the knock flared up.
And Diario Gol say that incident is fresh in his team-mate’s minds, as they think he was selfish to put his team on the back foot by forcing them into a change so early in the game.
Bale is looking more and more likely to be available for the game on Saturday as he rehab his latest injury, which will give manager Zinedine Zidane a tough decision to make.
Real are looking to win their third Champions League in four seasons when they take on Juve in Bale’s home country of Wales.
