Conte is on course to claim a Premier League and FA Cup double in his first season as Chelsea boss.
But despite his success, the 47-year-old has frequently been linked with a return to Italy.
And, speaking on TV show Emigratis, he refused to rule out a move back to his homeland.
"Yes," said Conte. "My heart is always in Italy."
It was then put to him that Serie A clubs would be unable to afford his wages.
To which he responded: "Haven't the new owners come in now?"
Chelsea currently sit four points clear of second-place Tottenham with five games left to play.
Up next for the Blues is a tough trip to Goodison Park to face Everton on Sunday.
